CHEQUES:
Cheques should be made payable to ‘Peter Broome’ and be in pounds Sterling from a UK bank. Orders
will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared. Please print your name and address on the back of the
cheque and send it to: Peter Broome, 1 Palm Street, Astley Bridge, Bolton BL1 8PQ.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK:
Please bear in mind that all paintings on this site are original designs. Any paintings that are re-commissioned
from these images will be as close as possible to the original image. An absolute replica is impossible.
14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
Please notify me within 14 days of delivery if you require a refund. The painting must be returned in it’s
original packaging (or similar) within 21 days.
REFUNDS ON COMMISSIONS:
Your refund will be processed and sent by cheque within a 14 day period less the p&p costs.
DELIVERY:
Each piece is carefully packed and fully insured to ensure it arrives safely. Each piece is sent by courier
and should take up to 3 working days after clearance of payment to reach you. If you require a painting
Urgently, a next working day delivery can be arranged for a small extra charge.
DELIVERY COSTS:
Customer to collect - free UK Mainland (excluding some areas of the Highlands) - £10.00
Northern Ireland/Offshore Islands - From £25.00 Rest of the world - by arrangement only.
DAMAGES:
Full refunds are made for paintings which are lost or damaged in transit. Please notify me within 24 hours .
All original packaging should be kept as it may be needed to claim from the courier. It is advisable to sign
‘Parcel unchecked’ with the courier if you have any doubts.
